Managing key business challenges
As a graduate in business economics and management from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, specialising in administration and control, I can boast 22 years of experience working for multinational companies such as Danone Italy, Pirelli Tyres and Coca-Cola France. As the founder and director of Maison Gala, a company designing and marketing luxury handcrafted products, I have been able to consolidate my team and project management skills.
I offer boutique consultancy services to my clients, providing them with customised, practical advice using the detailed knowledge of complex corporate structures acquired from my experience in leading large-scale companies. My role consists of helping my clients to optimise their business processes and performance through a carefully dosed blend of integrated planning, analysis of financial Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and talent management, in all company sectors and for all hierarchical levels.
My target is to harmonise inhouse procedures in the interests of cost-effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
